How do I get to be the featured school?
We randomly select a featured school for each page from all of the premium listing subscriptions that have provided logos. You must have a logo and a premium subscription for each school that you would like to include in our selection. To manage your subscription levels, please visit your account or listings page.

Is my financial information secure when I subscribe to a DojoListings.com listing?
Absolutely - in fact, we never receive any of your financial information. When you subscribe using PayPal's subscription services, PayPal handles all of your financial information and protects your privacy, only sending us the information we need (your internal listing number and selected subscription level) to activate your subscription. You can cancel your subscriptions any time from your PayPal account and your listings will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you prefer to pay by check, annual subscriptions only are available by sending us payment and a completed form. Manual subscriptions are activated when your payment clears.

If I list my e-mail address, will I start to receive spam?
At DojoListings.com, we used a special code to protect your e-mail address from spam companies. You should not expect to receive any spam because of your listing.

I'm already listed in another directory; is it really important to add another?
With the Internet, you never know which directory someone is going to stumble across in their search for a local school. Why not cover all of your bases by making sure you're listed on DojoListings.com? We divert a significant portion of our advertising revenue to our own marketing efforts to make sure your school gets the exposure it deserves. So this is the one directory you don't want to miss out on.

Isn't it better for me if fewer schools are listed so that I am more likely to attract attention?
On the surface that makes sense; the more schools that are listed, the more competitive you need to be to get results. However, the key to any Internet listing service's performance is in its overall popularity amongst other sites. So the more people actively participate in and link to DojoListings.com, the more web traffic we'll attract and the more effective everyone's listings will be. So keep your listings and events current and take the time to review and comment on the schools of those you know.And most of all, remember that no listing service will ever take away the need for you to present your school in the best possible light.

Why aren't my pictures saving?
In order to make our directory perform as quickly as possible, we only allow pictures of 100kb or less and logos of 10kb or less to be saved. If you tried to upload larger files, they were not saved.

Why isn't my country, style or organization listed?
This simply means that no-one has listed a school yet in your country, style or organization. If you are adding a school, you can easily add a new country, style or organization at that time.
